Skilled employment experience (in Australia or overseas)
Educational qualifications

Many applicants face challenges during the Subclass 491 visa process, such as:
Not meeting the English language requirement
Choosing the wrong occupation or failing to verify eligibility with the right state/territory
Delays in obtaining a positive skills assessment
Underestimating the competition—candidates with higher points are often invited first
Not providing sufficient evidence for work experience or qualifications
Confusion about state-specific nomination rules, as each state/territory has its own requirements
At Bay Migration Solutions, our experienced consultants help you navigate these challenges, ensuring your application is accurate, competitive, and tailored to the right pathway.
