Subclass 188 is the visa category available to eligible investors. It is a point tested, state nominated visa. Each Australian state or territory has set own nomination criteria and only eligible applicants receives invitation to lodge visa application. Basic eligibility criteria:
- Must be aged below 55 years
- Have net worth at least AUD1.25 million
- Business turnover AUD750K
- SkillSelect point: 65
