Eligibility Requirements

You may qualify for the Subclass 462 visa if you:

  • Are aged 18 to 30 years old (inclusive).

  • Hold a valid passport from an eligible country.

  • Meet the education requirements for your nationality (see list below).

  • Do not have dependent children accompanying you.

  • Satisfy health and character criteria.

Argentina, Bangladesh, Chile, China, Hungary, Indonesia, Israel*, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Thailand*, Turkey, United States of America*, Uruguay, Vietnam.

*Special requirements:

  • Israel: Secondary school completion + military service (or exemption).

  • Thailand: Diploma or degree required.

  • United States: Secondary school completion required.
